Pomegranate Printing is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of its customers. Pomegranate Printing proudly offers free shipping to Simi valley, CA via loco delivery and the same has no tracking numbers.

1. SHIPPING
Provided the items you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Shipping charges will be charged as per the weight of the item.

2. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Pomegranate Printing does not guarantee any delivery date and/or time. It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please note that once the item is shipped, Pomegranate Printing cannot make any changes to the delivery address.
3. LOSS, THEFT
Once your item has been dispatched, Pomegranate Printing shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft that may occur to the item. If the tracking number indicates that the item was delivered, then that means it is delivered.

4. TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Pomegranate Printing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

5. GOVERNING LAW
This Shipping Policy and any claim, controversy or dispute arising under or related to this Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California applicable to Shipping Policies made and to be performed in such state without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof.
