Refund policy

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 For purposes of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Pomegranate Printing, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us. 

1.2 By engaging us to provide our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

1.3 Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

2. RETURN
2.1 At Pomegranate Printing we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock items you will love.

2.2 Kindly note that only items ordered through our site will be eligible for a return.
2.3 We accept returns if the item delivered is damaged during the process. In that regard Pomegranate Printing offers a prepaid return label for the item to be returned.
2.4 In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of print such as color shift, we will issue a refund of up to $50.
3. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made within 14 days of the refund request or return of the item.
